Join us on March 15 from 5 to 6 PM with Rock & Roll Legend Jules Belkin, who with his brother Mike beginning in the 1960s brought R&R concerts to Cleveland and promoted the city for the location of the R&R Hall of Fame (Jules is on the Board). If you attended a concert at the classic Cleveland rock venues in the 60s, 70s or 80s, it was probably produced by Belkin Productions. So . . .
