Guhan Venkatu, Group Vice President in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, will discuss the regional and national economy with the Club from 5:00 to 6:00PM on Wednesday, February 17.

Mr. Venkatu will discuss the role of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in the nation’s economy and compare the economy of the Cleveland Fed’s jurisdiction (Ohio, eastern Kentucky, western Pennsylvania, and the panhandle of West Virginia) with that of the nation’s. Guhan Venkatu is originally from Stow, Ohio, and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). His tenure with the Cleveland Fed began in 1998.
