He served as the president of several divisions at Panasonic, then transitioned into the managing director and COO role at In-Q-Tel, the CIA's venture capital fund helping to place new technologies at the service of the nation's intelligence community. He has been leading the Cleveland Foundation since 2003.

For more than a century, the Cleveland Foundation has catalyzed change through philanthropic investments and community leadership across Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties. Last year, the Foundation granted more than $101 million in support of neighborhood revitalization, education reform, health and human services, arts & culture, advanced energy, and workforce/economic development, with much of this investment occurring in the core city of Cleveland. Ronn will share the latest developments in Cleveland's ongoing renaissance, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the opportunities and challenges in rebuilding the Cleveland area one neighborhood at a time.
